Guided Venue Tours
We offer FREE guided venue tours on the 1st and 3rd Sunday of every month at 11am (CT).
If those times don’t work, reach out, we’re often able to accommodate alternate dates and times. Tours are low pressure and designed to help you make a confident decision. You’re welcome to bring a partner, family member, or planner.

Yes. We offer indoor and outdoor ceremony options so you can plan with flexibility. Many couples choose an outdoor ceremony with orchard views, then transition to a barn reception. We also have pavilion coverage that supports comfort and flow, especially if weather changes.

Capacity depends on your ceremony and reception layout, seating style, and how you want the day to flow. During your tour, we’ll talk through your guest count and walk you through ideal options for ceremony, cocktail time, dinner, and dancing. Can we bring our own vendors (catering, bar, DJ, etc.)?
In most cases, yes. Couples love having the flexibility to choose vendors that match their style and budget. During your tour, we’ll share what’s typical for catering, bar service, music, and rentals, plus provide a trusted vendor list. If you already have vendors in mind, mention them when you inquire. We’re happy to help you think through logistics and flow.
