Our primary offering is the Apple Blossom Wedding Package (May–October). It includes 4-day venue access (two days prior, your wedding day, and the day following), plus tables, chairs, and lighting. Couples love the extra time for calm setup, a smoother vendor arrival, and a more relaxed wedding weekend experience.
Do you offer both indoor and outdoor ceremony options?
Yes. We offer indoor and outdoor ceremony options so you can plan with flexibility. Many couples choose an outdoor ceremony with orchard views, then transition to a barn reception. We also have pavilion coverage that supports comfort and flow, especially if weather changes.
How many guests can The Barn On South Ridge accommodate?
Capacity depends on your ceremony and reception layout, seating style, and how you want the day to flow. During your tour, we’ll talk through your guest count and walk you through ideal options for ceremony, cocktail time, dinner, and dancing. Touring is the best way to confirm the space fits your guest list comfortably.
How do venue tours work, and how do we book one?
We offer free guided venue tours on the 1st and 3rd Sunday of every month at 11am (CDT). You’ll tour the orchard, ceremony and reception spaces, and receive details on packages, pricing, and next steps. If those times don’t work, reach out, we can often accommodate another time. Booking a tour is the best next step if you’re considering our orchard wedding venue.
Can we bring our own vendors (catering, bar, DJ, etc.)?
In most cases, yes. Couples love having the flexibility to choose vendors that match their style and budget. During your tour, we’ll share what’s typical for catering, bar service, music, and rentals, plus provide a trusted vendor list. If you already have vendors in mind, mention them when you inquire. We’re happy to help you think through logistics and flow.
